in its organisational methodology.

The association collects the wine samples directly from the cellar.

Samples are collected by sampling agents mandated by the competition organisers. No one else may gather samples.
Each collected sample has an accompanying factsheet stating:

• Product designation (denomination, brand, vintage, colour, operating name, etc)
• Full and precise identification of entrant – Batch or vat reference – Available volume.
